We are a fast-growing construction and renovation company looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Remote Assistant to support our financial operations, project estimating, lead generation, and team coordination. This is a long-term position with stable work and strong growth potential.

-Responsibilities

1. Bookkeeping & QuickBooks Online
Categorize expenses and reconcile bank/credit accounts
Maintain accurate financial records
Prepare basic monthly reports

2. Construction Estimating & Project Support
Review videos, photos, and measurements to create accurate estimates
Calculate labour hours, material quantities, and project timelines
Assist with scheduling, project follow-up, and task coordination

3. Lead Generation & GHL (GoHighLevel)
Build and launch Meta/Facebook ad campaigns inside GHL
Manage inbound leads, set up automation, and perform follow-up calls
Pre-qualify leads before sending them to sales

4. Sales Support
Prepare proposals and estimates for clients
Update CRM and manage the full sales pipeline
Support communication from estimate to project approval

5. Employee Coordination & Job Costing
Track employee hours and allocate labour to each project
Maintain project costing sheets and update weekly numbers
Support operations planning and workload management

-Requirements
Strong English communication (spoken + written)
Experience with QuickBooks Online
Experience in construction estimating (residential preferred)
Familiar with GoHighLevel (GHL) and Meta ads
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Fast learner, proactive, and able to work independently
Stable internet + reliable workstation

-Preferred Skills (Bonus)
Knowledge of Canadian or US construction
Experience with CRM systems
Ability to make client calls confidently
Spreadsheet and data management skills
