Remote Chat Sales Representative | Base + Performance Pay

Most remote chat jobs are customer support. This one isn't. We're looking for a sharp, hungry, fast-thinking person to manage live text-based sales conversations on behalf of our clients. No calls. No video. Just strong writing, good judgment, and the ability to move conversations toward a sale naturally.

This is a real sales role. Not customer support. Not a VA job. You are part of a revenue-focused team and your results will directly affect what you earn.

What you'll actually be doing:
Managing one-on-one text conversations with customers and prospects. Your job is to build genuine rapport, keep engagement high, spot opportunities, and guide conversations toward purchases without sounding pushy, scripted, or robotic.

You need to read conversations well, know when to move them forward and when to slow down, handle objections without losing ---------- ntum, and re-engage customers who have gone cold.

Pay:
- Hourly base plus performance-based pay from day one. Strong performers move into higher commission structures over time, and top performers earn well above the base. Compensation scales directly with results.

Requirements:
- Reliable computer and stable internet
- Full-time availability
- Strong written English is non-negotiable
- Background in sales, BPO sales, appointment setting, retention, or customer-facing communication is a strong advantage
