About the Role
We are hiring a reliable, professional, and results-driven Customer Service Representative based in the Philippines to handle inbound and outbound calls for appointments for our US-based clients. Customer Service or technical troubleshooting. This is a full-time position with a fixed schedule. We are looking for someone who takes their job seriously, shows up every day, and is ready to hit the ground running.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of call center experience — required, no exceptions
Fluent in English — spoken and written, with an understandable accent.
Distraction-free, quiet home work environment — zero background noise
Reliable, punctual, and genuinely committed to their work
Available to start immediately

PAY STARTS AT 26,000 PESOS PER MONTH FOR THE FIRST 60 DAYS; INCREMENTS ARE ADJUSTED DEPENDING ON PRODUCTION AND ATTENDANCE.
