Job Description
We are looking for a reliable remote sales assistant to help sell Raysan Flexible Barriers, a safety barrier solution for warehouses, factories, logistics centers, and industrial facilities.
This person will work online using a phone and laptop. Main responsibilities include making cold calls, receiving calls, finding potential customers, following up by
Responsibilities
* Make cold calls to potential business customers
* Contact warehouses, factories, logistics companies, and industrial facilities
* Find decision-makers such as Operations Managers, Safety Managers, Facility Managers, Warehouse Managers, and Procurement Managers
* Briefly explain Raysan Flexible Barriers and their benefits
* Receive and respond to customer calls or inquiries
* Schedule online meetings, phone calls, or site visits
* Send follow-up
* Research new leads online
* Keep notes and update lead lists in Google Sheets or CRM
* Report daily call activity and results
Requirements
* Good spoken and written English
* Comfortable speaking on the phone
* Cold calling, appointment setting, sales, or customer service experience
* Reliable internet, laptop, and quiet work environment
* Organized, professional, and persistent
* Able to work with U.S. business hours or partial overlap
* Experience with Google Sheets,
Relevant Experience Preferred
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
* B2B sales
* Cold calling or lead generation
* Industrial products
* Warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing services
* Construction materials or safety equipment
* Facility management products
* Selling to managers, business owners, or procurement teams
Experience with flexible barriers or industrial safety products is not required, but willingness to learn is important.
