JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
We're a US-based software consulting firm specializing in legacy .NET modernization for insurance and financial services companies. We're looking for a hungry, organized SDR to own our outbound LinkedIn prospecting and book discovery calls for our founder.
This is a long-term remote role with real growth potential as the business scales.

What You'll Do:
Research and identify CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and IT Directors at US-based insurance and financial services companies (50-500 employees)
Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messages daily
Manage and track outreach in a simple CRM (we'll provide)
Book 3-5 qualified discovery calls per week for the founder
Report daily on outreach volume, responses, and pipeline

What We're Looking For:
1+ years of B2B outreach or lead generation experience
Excellent written English — natural, conversational, not robotic
Comfortable working US business hours (EST preferred)
Self-motivated, organized, and consistent
LinkedIn experience strongly preferred

What We Offer
$500-800/month base depending on experience
