We are Florida-based life insurance agency focused on final expense and life insurance sales. We protect American families with quality coverage solutions, and we're expanding our remote support team in the Philippines.
What you'll do
You will be the front line of our sales operation — calling fresh and aged final expense leads through a dialer to qualify prospects and schedule appointments for our licensed US-based agents. This is a high-volume, script-driven role. You will NOT be selling insurance; your job is strictly appointment setting and lead qualification.
Day-to-day responsibilities
Make outbound calls using a provided dialer system and approved scripts
Double-dial new leads immediately — target speed-to-lead under 5 minutes
Qualify leads and schedule appointments directly into agent calendars
Handle inbound calls, collect client info, and route to licensed US agents
Confirm and reconfirm appointments via call, SMS, or
Follow up on no-shows and re-engage cold leads
Update CRM in real time — log all calls, status changes, and notes accurately
Strictly follow all approved scripts and compliance guidelines
Requirements
2–3 years of experience as an appointment setter (required)
Prior experience in US life insurance or final expense industry (strongly preferred)
Excellent spoken English — neutral accent, warm and confident phone presence
Comfortable calling American seniors over the phone
Proven track record in a quota-based, sales-driven environment
Skilled in using sales tonality and vocal inflection while reading from a script
Experience with dialer systems such as GoHighLevel, Mojo, or PhoneBurner
Proficient with CRM tools and accurate data entry
Quiet, distraction-free home workspace with reliable high-speed internet
