We are a fast-growing credit repair & business funding company generating DAILY inbound leads.

We are NOT looking for typical VAs.

We are looking for someone who is:

* Confident on the phone
* Fluent in English
* Comfortable calling and speaking with leads
* Able to control conversations and guide prospects toward booking

???? We care more about communication skills and confidence than industry experience.
We will train you on our process — but you must already be comfortable speaking, building trust, and handling real conversations.

???? Your Responsibilities:

* Call new leads within 1–5 minutes of submission (speed is critical)
* Follow up consistently via phone + text
* Build trust and pre-qualify prospects
* Book appointments or assist in closing deals
* Handle objections and keep conversations moving forward
* Follow up aggressively until the lead books or opts out

???? REQUIREMENTS:

* Clear, fluent English (NO heavy accent)
* Strong communication skills
* Experience speaking with leads/clients (sales, appointment setting, or follow-up)
* Comfortable handling real conversations (not just texting)
* Able to follow scripts AND adapt naturally in conversation
* Coachable and able to improve with feedback
* Reliable internet + quiet environment

* Appointment setting
* Phone sales / telesales
* Lead follow-up or inbound lead handling
* High-ticket or service-based businesses (real estate, solar, insurance, coaching, etc.)
