We are looking for a driven Appointment Setter to join our digital marketing agency serving businesses in the fitness and wellness space. As an extension of our clients, you'll be calling and texting prospects, sparking genuine interest, and booking them into consultations that could change their lives. This is a remote position requiring English proficiency and a clear accent. We prefer candidates with 2-3 years of call center or outbound sales experience who excel in both written and verbal communication and possess strong technical skills.

Job Responsibilities:
Call and text prospects to book qualified appointments
Follow up with leads across multiple touchpoints to maximize booking rates
Ensure conversations align with automated messaging and flag any discrepancies
Answer prospect inquiries using provided account knowledge sources with confidence and warmth
Maintain high call and message quality, meeting or exceeding company standards
Requirements:
Experience in a call center, outbound sales, or appointment setting role
Laptop with at least 8 GB RAM
Quiet, dedicated workspace
Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent
Reliable internet connection with backup
Noise-canceling headset
Weekend availability

Job Details:
Type: Full-time
Salary: $7,200 - $10,800 USD annually

Schedule:
