Goss RV is a luxury motorcoach company specializing in high-end coach sales, owner management, charter services, and customer relationships.
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Relationship Operations Coordinator to support the CEO and leadership team.
This is not a traditional virtual assistant role. We are looking for someone who can help manage relationships, maintain CRM data, coordinate follow-up activities, organize information, and help ensure important opportunities and commitments do not fall through the cracks.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, communicates exceptionally well in English, and enjoys creating order from complexity.
Responsibilities may include:
• CRM management and data quality
• Updating contact records and activity notes
• Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
• Follow-up coordination with prospects and clients
• Pipeline administration and opportunity tracking
•
• Relationship tracking and customer touchpoints
• Project coordination and task management
• Document creation and presentation support
• Research and administrative support
• Occasional personal executive support tasks
Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Strong organizational skills
• Reliable internet and computer
• Ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable learning new software and AI tools
• Experience with CRM systems preferred (HubSpot is a plus)
• Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, Google Workspace, or similar tools is a plus
Work Schedule:
Candidates must have significant overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
