Reddit Virtual Assistant (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow Reddit communities by creating engaging posts, responding to comments, and moderating discussions across relevant subreddits.

Identify and isolate specific trends and niches within subreddits through in-depth research on subreddit rules, audience preferences, and emerging topics.

Conduct thorough research to craft high-quality, targeted content that aligns with isolated trends for maximum engagement.

Monitor account performance, track engagement metrics, and optimize posting strategies.

Collaborate on content calendars, brainstorming, and performance reports to support Reddit marketing goals.

Handle community interactions professionally while adhering to platform guidelines.

Required Skills and Experience
Proven expertise in Reddit platform operations, including advanced knowledge of using GeeLark for streamlined workflows.

Deep knowledge of subreddits, with the ability to isolate certain trends and niches effectively.

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Reddit VA or similar social media role, driving subreddit growth and engagement.

Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills—must demonstrate very high intelligence through quick learning and problem-solving.

Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, with impeccable grammar and conversational tone. If you are not fluent in spoken and written English, do not apply.

Proficiency in tools for content scheduling, analytics (e.g., Reddit insights), and basic graphic design.

Technical Requirements
