Hiring: Reddit Assistant

We're looking for an experienced Reddit Assistant to join our team.

This is NOT a no-experience role. You must have hands-on experience managing Reddit accounts and understand how Reddit works. If you've never worked with Reddit accounts, proxies, or account management before, this position is not for you.

Requirements:
Proven experience working with Reddit
Experience managing multiple Reddit accounts
Experience using residential or mobile proxies
Familiarity with anti-detect browsers and proxy management software
Understand Reddit's rules, account health, warming, and avoiding common mistakes
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Good written English
Reliable internet connection and available for daily work

Responsibilities:
Create new email accounts for Reddit accounts
Set up and manage proxies using specialist software
Create new Reddit accounts
Warm up Reddit accounts naturally over time
Maintain spreadsheets tracking account status
Follow internal SOPs and document all work
Report any issues with accounts, proxies, or bans

Nice to Have:
Experience with affiliate marketing
Experience with social media account management
Experience with anti-detect browsers (AdsPower, GoLogin, Dolphin Anty, Incogniton, etc.)
Experience using Gmail, Outlook, or other email providers at scale

This is initially a part-time role that can be extended to full-time after probation period. There is also a monthly bonus for those who complete the tasks in a timely fashion. This position can also lead into a future management role if you are determined and driven.
