JOB OVERVIEW

We're on the lookout for a sharp, organized Recruitment Administrative Assistant to help keep our hiring operations running smoothly behind the scenes. If you enjoy working with spreadsheets, building systems, and supporting a team that moves fast, this role was made for you.

You'll be a key operational support for our recruitment team — handling trackers, reports, job postings, and day-to-day coordination to make sure the hiring pipeline stays on track.

What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain and consistently update recruitment trackers and spreadsheets with accurate data
- Build out and refine templates, reporting tabs, and operational workflows
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports for leadership review
- Keep tabs on team performance metrics, hiring numbers, and bonus tracking
- Manage job postings across platforms — removing duplicates, refreshing expired listings, and improving ad quality
- Source candidates daily using platforms like ZipRecruiter and Indeed
- Support recruiters and sourcers with follow-ups, reminders, and workflow coordination
- Help with scheduling, calendar management, meetings, and general recruitment admin tasks
- Maintain and update recruitment SOPs, CRM systems, and automation workflows

What We're Looking For
- Prior experience supporting a recruitment or HR team in an administrative capacity
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets — you're comfortable building and maintaining complex trackers
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, CRM tools, and automation software
- Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail
- Proactive and dependable — you take initiative and follow through without being micromanaged
- Strong written communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment
