We are an online brain and mind development company. Our primary recruitment medium is onlinejobs.ph. We hire multiple candidates across our various products and service the company offer including virtual assistance, social media management, training specialist, ebook writer, web development, sales, video editing, customer service, etc

I am looking for a recruiting assistant to interview the candidates we are getting through onlinejobs.ph and filter the best candidates. Then give then paid test tasks to qualify their work experience and if they can be good fit to the team.

You will also help me in negotiating payment based on their experience so we can ensure we hire and keep the best talent while keeping in mind the financial capabilities of the company and overall spending per month.

This is a part time position.
