Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Recruiting Assistant to help us attract and onboard top-tier licensed insurance agents across the United States. You will play a critical role in building and sustaining our agent pipeline, managing the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding — with a strong focus on speed-to-activation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys connecting people with opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Source and attract qualified candidates for Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent roles through job boards (Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), referrals, and other creative sourcing strategies
Screen applicants through resume reviews, initial interviews, and pre-screening assessments (e.g., Grit Scale, DISC)
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and the executive team
Manage and maintain a well-organized applicant tracking system and talent pipeline
Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates throughout the hiring process
Assist in onboarding coordination, including document collection and system setup
Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular status updates and reports
Identify and implement improvements in sourcing strategies and processes
Assist in managing job postings across multiple platforms and track posting performance

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition (insurance industry experience is a plus)
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple open roles simultaneously
Tech-savvy — proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, and familiar with tracking spreadsheets
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
Experience recruiting in the US market or for US-based companies is preferred

What We Offer

Fully remote work setup
Collaborative and supportive team culture
Opportunity for contract extension based on performance
Exposure to the US insurance industry
