Recruiter/Project Manager

Looking for somebody who has experience in recruiting, interviewing and also managing projects. This will involve finding the right people for various roles such as content, seo, graphic, development and also testing them and interviewing them before sending the final top candidates to executive staff for final interview. This will be a semi-night role but hours are negotiable but we are a US company and there must be some overlap.
