Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. We have two priority hires currently that we need assistance sourcing – Legal Assistant and Executive Assistant. The ideal recruiter will have experience placing one or both of these roles previously with potential candidates they have worked with in the past. This position is project based to start with opportunity to increase engagement as we acquire new clients.

The Executive Assistant will support a fast moving CEO who does a lot of speaking engagements and travel. The ideal candidate will have experience working with C level clients with the ability to respond quickly to logistical challenges, manage his calendar and appointments, and support to his client requests and leadership team inquiries as needed. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition:
• Identify, source, and engage with potential candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.).
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Screening & Interviewing:
• Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview process.
Candidate Experience:
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Act as a point of contact for candidates and provide timely feedback.
Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and hiring progress.
• Track and report on key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-hire and source of hire.
Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a talent acquisition role.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques, platforms, and best practices.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
