Schedule: Monday to Friday — 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Philippine Time (aligned with 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST)

Job Description (Short JD):
We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Recruiter based in the Philippines to support our staffing and recruiting operations. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records while working EST business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for open roles

Conduct initial phone/video interviews

Post jobs and manage applicant pipelines

Coordinate interviews and follow-ups

Maintain candidate data in ATS/CRM

Submit daily recruiting activity reports

Requirements:

Strong English communication skills

Prior recruiting or HR experience preferred

Reliable internet and quiet work environment

Comfortable working night shift (PH time)

Organized and responsive
