Remote Receptionist / Client Coordinator (Philippines)
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Pacific Time (USA)
Hours: 25 Hours Per Week
Compensation: $500 USD Per Month

We are a growing U.S.-based website design and digital marketing company that helps businesses generate leads, improve their online presence, and grow their operations.
We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented Remote Receptionist / Client Coordinator to become the primary point of contact between our clients and the internal team.
This position is critical because most of our team members do not regularly make or receive phone calls. You will serve as the communication bridge between our customers, the Project Manager, and the Sales Team.
Position Overview:
Your primary responsibility will be answering inbound calls, gathering accurate information, taking detailed notes, and ensuring customer requests are properly communicated to the appropriate team member.
You will also make outbound calls when needed to collect information, follow up on requests, gather content, obtain approvals, schedule meetings, and help keep projects moving forward.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with little to no noticeable accent, strong listening skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Inbound Calls:
Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously
Listen carefully and gather all necessary information
Take detailed notes during conversations
Create clear summaries for the Project Manager or Sales Team
Ensure customer requests are accurately documented and communicated
Provide a positive customer experience on every call
Outbound Calls:
Contact clients as requested by the Project Manager or Sales Team
Follow up on missing information, approvals, documents, content, or project-related requests
Confirm appointments and scheduled meetings when necessary
Gather information needed to keep projects moving forward
Build positive relationships with clients through professional communication
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
Organize and document client communications
Track outstanding requests and follow-up items
Ensure no customer requests are overlooked
Help improve communication between clients and internal team members
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
Excellent spoken and written English
Little to no noticeable accent

Dependable and punctual
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous receptionist experience
Virtual assistant experience
Customer service or call center experience
Experience working with U.S.-based clients
Familiarity with CRM, project management, or communication software
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday
9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Pacific Time (USA)
Must be available and responsive throughout the entire shift
Consistent attendance is required
