We are a fast-growing real estate business serving Northern California and are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven Virtual Assistant / Appointment Setter to help generate leads, nurture prospects, and schedule appointments with homeowners and potential buyers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, is comfortable making outbound calls, and wants to grow with a successful real estate team.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Make outbound calls to homeowners, buyers, and prospects
• Conduct cold calling, circle prospecting, FSBO, expired listings, and follow-up campaigns • Qualify leads and identify motivation, timeline, and real estate goals
• Build rapport and maintain professional conversations
• Schedule appointments for the Realtor with qualified prospects
Follow-Up & CRM Management
• Send text messages,
• Track conversations, appointments, and lead status • Ensure all follow-up tasks are completed on time
Administrative Support
• Organize lead lists and databases
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities
• Submit daily performance reports
• Assist with basic administrative and marketing tasks as needed
Requirements:
Must Have
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Clear, confident, and professional phone voice
• Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, sales, or customer service • Strong communication and people skills
• Reliable internet connection and backup power source
• Quiet home office environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Coachable and willing to learn proven real estate scripts and systems

• Real estate cold calling

• Inside Sales Agent (ISA) experience

• Lofty CRM

Performance Expectations

• Making outbound calls daily
• Following proven scripts while sounding natural

• Consistently generating qualified leads
• Scheduling appointments that convert into business opportunities
Performance Bonuses
