JOB OVERVIEW

PLEASE EMAIL ME YOUR RESUME. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is an excellent English speaker with proven experience in real estate cold calling, lead generation, and objection handling. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to homeowners, identifying motivated sellers, and setting qualified appointments. We will train, provide scripts, and a crm. WILL GIVE BONUS FOR EACH QUALIFIED APPT MADE

Responsibilities:

* Make high-volume outbound cold calls to homeowners using provided scripts and dialers.
* Build rapport with property owners and maintain professional, engaging conversations.
* Identify motivated sellers and qualify leads based on our criteria.
* Effectively handle objections and keep conversations moving toward an appointment.
* Schedule appointments for acquisitions specialists.
* Accurately update CRM with call notes, lead status, and follow-up tasks.
* Follow up with prospects as needed to nurture potential opportunities.
* Meet or exceed daily call and lead generation goals.
* Communicate regularly with the team regarding lead quality and campaign performance.

Qualifications:

* Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or Real Estate Cold Caller.
* Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or easily understandable accent.
* Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills.
* Confident speaking with homeowners and building rapport quickly.
* Experience with real estate investing (wholesaling, acquisitions, dispositions, or lead generation) is highly preferred.
* Familiarity with CRMs such as Podio, GoHighLevel, REsimpli, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
* Experience using dialers such as Mojo, BatchDialer, CallTools, ReadyMode/XenCall, or similar.
* Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
* Reliable high-speed internet connection, quality headset, and a quiet workspace.

Preferred Skills:

* Knowledge of seller motivation and property qualification.
* Experience setting appointments for acquisitions teams.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.

Performance Expectations:

* Complete assigned daily call volume.
* Generate qualified motivated seller leads.
* Maintain accurate CRM records.
* Consistently meet appointment-setting and conversion goals.
* Demonstrate professionalism and excellent customer service on every call.
