I am a realtor, looking to hire a Virtual Assistant (8 hours per day) for my real estate business where I primarily offer apartment locating as well as help renters find homes for rent. I'm specifically looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and experienced with real estate systems and CRM management (Follow Up Boss).
Some of the responsibilities for this role would include:
• Daily management of my Follow Up Boss CRM, including consistent follow-up with leads and clients via text and
• Creating and managing automations, action plans, and/or drip campaigns within Follow Up Boss
• Assisting with apartment locating searches using Smart Apartment Data
• Scheduling apartment tours for clients and communicating with apartment communities on my behalf
• Sending
• Creating and posting rental property listings on
• Assisting with MLS-related tasks and property searches as needed
• Sending follow-up
• Providing general administrative support to help ensure no leads fall through the cracks
