We are looking for a highly skilled, full-time Virtual Assistant / Social Media Manager based in the Philippines to help manage and grow a fast-paced real estate brand and personal brand online.

This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who already understands content creation, short-form video editing, social media growth, and branding.

### Compensation

* $800 USD per month

### Required Experience

* 2–8 years of experience in:

* Social media management
* Video editing
* Content creation
* Short-form video production
* B-roll editing
* Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts creation

### Responsibilities

* Manage and post content across:

* Facebook
* Instagram
* TikTok
* YouTube
* LinkedIn
* X/Twitter
* Threads
* Google Business Profile
* Edit short-form videos daily
* Create engaging reels and social clips
* Add captions, transitions, hooks, sound effects, and B-roll
* Create attention-grabbing thumbnails and graphics
* Schedule and organize content calendars
* Repurpose long-form content into multiple short clips
* Monitor comments, engagement, and direct messages
* Upload and optimize videos for each platform
* Help grow audience reach and engagement
* Stay current on social media trends and viral content styles
* Assist with branding and online marketing campaigns
* Create occasional marketing graphics and promotional posts

### Required Skills

* Strong English communication skills
* Advanced knowledge of:

* CapCut
* Canva
* Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred)
* Meta Business Suite
* TikTok Editor
* YouTube Studio
* Experience creating viral-style short-form content
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Reliable high-speed internet
* Ability to communicate during US Central Time business hours when needed

### Preferred Experience

* Real estate industry experience
* Experience editing videos for real estate agents, influencers, or entrepreneurs
* Understanding of hooks, retention editing, and audience engagement
* Knowledge of AI tools for editing/content creation is a plus
