We’re looking for a creative, fast video editor to produce short-form content (Reels/Shorts) in the real estate industry.

???? Responsibilities:

Edit short videos (15–60 sec) from property footage

Apply Speed Ramping, creative transitions, and energetic pacing

Add highlights, text overlays, music, or voiceovers as needed

Deliver vertical 9:16 format for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube

? Bonus Skills (not required):

Photo editing (color correction, sky replacement, object removal)

Day-to-dusk conversion for property photos

Thumbnail/cover design

? Requirements:

Proven experience editing real estate videos

Portfolio with Speed Ramping & creative cuts (only these samples will be reviewed)

Skilled in Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci /capcu

Reliable internet + fast turnaround

Strong English communication via WhatsApp & email
