Real Estate Video Editor – Long Form, Short Form & Community Content

I am looking for a reliable, fast, and experienced video editor to help me create consistent real estate and community-based content.

This is a long-term opportunity. We will start part-time for the first 1–3 weeks to make sure it is a good fit. If you are able to produce at the speed and quality we need, this can turn into a full-time position.

**What I Need Edited:**

* Long-form YouTube videos focused on real estate, relocation, community tours, market updates, and local area content
* Short-form content/reels for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
* Potentially social media stories, although this is not required

**Ideal Weekly Output:**

* 3 long-form videos per week
* 5 short-form reels per week

**Editing Style:**

I do not need overly fancy editing. I am looking for clean, professional, easy-to-watch edits that are good for real estate and community-based content. The focus should be on speed, consistency, clear storytelling, good pacing, and making the videos feel polished without being over-edited.

**Requirements:**

**Responsibilities:**

* Edit long-form YouTube videos
* Create short-form clips from long-form content
* Add basic captions, cuts, music, transitions, text, and graphics where needed
* Help make the videos engaging while keeping the editing clean and professional
* Deliver content on schedule so we can post consistently
