Full-Time Real Estate Video Editor – Atlanta Media Co

Atlanta Media Co is a U.S.-based real estate media company serving agents and brokers across the Atlanta area, and we’re currently looking for a full-time Real Estate Video Editor to join our growing team long-term.

We’re looking for someone creative, reliable, fast with communication, and passionate about creating high-end real estate content that actually helps agents grow their brand online.

This is not just basic editing work — we want someone who understands storytelling, pacing, emotion, music selection, modern social media trends, and how to make real estate content feel cinematic and engaging.

**We are specifically looking for PROFESSIONAL editors with strong editing skills, strong attention to detail, and experience creating high-quality real estate or cinematic content.**

What You’ll Be Editing
• Cinematic real estate listing videos
• Vertical Instagram/TikTok reels
• Agent branding content
• Lifestyle-style real estate videos
• Drone footage and cinematic B-roll
• Social media short-form edits
• Luxury property videos
• Fast-paced attention-grabbing edits for online marketing
• AI-enhanced clips and cinematic visual sequences

What We’re Looking For
• Strong understanding of modern real estate editing styles
• Ability to create clean, cinematic, high-end edits
• Strong pacing, transitions, and music selection
• Ability to color correct footage naturally
• Organized workflow and file management
• Reliable communication and responsiveness
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects consistently
• Reliable Wi-Fi and editing setup
• Ability to create HIGH-QUALITY AI prompts for cinematic AI clips and visuals
• Understanding of how to make AI-generated content feel realistic, premium, cinematic, and emotionally engaging

Software Experience
• Final Cut Pro (Required)
• After Effects or motion graphics experience is a plus
• Experience with AI tools is highly preferred

Preferred (Not Required)
• Experience editing for a real estate media company
• Experience with vertical social media content
• Experience editing luxury-style content
• Understanding of social media trends and retention editing
• Experience using AI video/image tools for content creation

Work Schedule
• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday
• Must be available during U.S. EST working hours for communication and revisions
