Role Responsibilities:
- Edit high-quality real estate content such as property walkthroughs, listing videos, and social media reels.
- Craft visually stunning edits with smooth transitions, captions, and effects that enhance appeal.
- Show an eye for composition, pacing, and narrative flow that brings properties to life.
- Manage multiple deadlines efficiently while maintaining precision and professional polish.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Final Cut Pro (FCP) is required.
- Must be using a MacBook device for editing.
- Proven experience in real estate or lifestyle video editing (Portfolio Required).
- Availability to work full-time (9-hour workday, Monday to Friday, PST).
