Real Estate & Self Storage Operations Virtual Assistant

We are a growing self-storage ownership group seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Remote Operations Assistant to support our storage facilities and rental operations.



This is a FULL TIME, long-term role only.

We are not looking for short-term freelancers or project-based help.



You will assist with tenant inquiries, move-ins/move-outs, gate codes, payments, delinquencies, notices, maintenance coordination, and updating unit/tenant information in our systems. You'll also help maintain occupancy and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple storage facilities and rentals.



Required Schedule (40 hrs/week) - days and times to be determined, but they must be in alignment with US Central Standard Time hours.



Very strong English and a professional, confident phone presence are required. Candidates must be organized, tech-savvy, and able to follow structured processes. Experience in real estate or property management VAs are preferred but not required.



We use Cubby & ESS storage software and Google Workspace for software systems, and training will be provided for the right candidate.



We are seeking someone reliable who wants a stable, long-term full time position and is committed to helping us grow our operations.
