Real Estate Research/Data Entry

Research addresses provided to find property owner information using public records, search for contact information, and enter into the provided spreadsheet template. Enter Addresses into provided address label template. Letter templates will be provided and owner name and addresses will be entered into the designated fields on these as well. All documents can be Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc. Also monitor a social media page, which will be provided, for specific posts and keywords and alert us to them. Salary depends on experience, but range is posted. Salary can increase with proven quality work after the first month. This is a 40 hour per week job.
