Real Estate Quoting/Comping Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quoting/Comping Manager to evaluate and price land opportunities for our real estate investment business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience determining the market value of raw or vacant land and a strong grasp of land valuation tools and platforms. You will be responsible for comping properties, gathering market intelligence, and delivering accurate pricing guidance to support acquisition decisions. Responsibilities:
- Analyze raw/vacant land listings and sales to determine fair market value.
- Use Zillow, Redfin, and other platforms to pull comparables and evaluate sales trends.
- Utilize LandID (formerly MapRight) to assess property features, access, topography, and neighboring land use.
- Generate pricing reports and valuations for internal review.
- Collaborate with the acquisition team to align on pricing strategy.
- Maintain organized records of comped properties and pricing justifications.
- Track changes in local markets, zoning, and development activity.

Qualifications:
- Experience in real estate valuation, land investing, or brokerage.
- Proven ability to comp raw/vacant land and analyze market data.
- Familiarity with Zillow, Redfin, and LandID (or similar tools).
- Ability to work 9am-5pm Eastern Standard (New York) Time
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Follow Up Boss experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
