Real Estate Photo Editor (HDR 360° Panoramas)

We are a leading virtual tour agency specializing in creating immersive and interactive 360° experiences for real estate properties, is seeking a talented and passionate Real Estate Photo Editor to join our team. As a photo editor, you will be responsible for processing and enhancing high-quality HDR 360° panoramas to achieve the most visually appealing results for our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Edit and enhance HDR 360° panorama images, shot with high-quality DSLR cameras in 3-5 brackets, to produce stunning and realistic visuals.
• Utilize advanced photo editing software, including Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other specialized tools.
• Collaborate with our photography team to ensure that the final images meet or exceed our clients' expectations.
• Stitch together multiple images to create seamless HDR 360° panoramas using PTGui.
• Apply color correction, retouching, and other post-processing techniques to ensure the highest quality output.
• Perform realistic sky replacements, also for indoor panoramas.
• Perform quality checks and adhere to established workflows and processes.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and tools related to HDR 360° panorama editing.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a photo editor, preferably in the real estate industry or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and PTGui.
• Strong understanding of HDR photography and 360° panoramas.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and image quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A portfolio showcasing your photo editing skills and experience, particularly with HDR 360° panoramas.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with 3DVista or similar virtual tour software.
• Background in photography or visual arts.
