About the Role
We're looking for a talented Video and Photo Editor who understands the real estate space. Property content has its own rhythm with tight turnarounds, high volume, and a consistent visual standard that needs to be maintained across every single listing. You'll be working closely with our in-house media team, and you'll also get the opportunity to flex your creative muscles on social media content, so this isn't just a production-line role.

This is a permanent full-time position with a standard weekly wage. You'll be expected to attend a weekly work in progress meeting with the team, so availability during business hours is important.

Responsibilities
- Edit and retouch real estate photography to a professional standard including sky replacements, colour correction, vertical/horizontal alignment, HDR blending, window pulls, and object removal where required.
- Apply PRD brand graphics and overlays to photos. All logos, design assets, and brand guidelines will be provided to you.
- Edit property video walkthroughs and listing videos for use on real estate portals and social media
- Produce social media content including Reels, Stories, and other short-form creative content
- Maintain a consistent visual style across all listing content in line with PRD brand guidelines
- Deliver all listing photos and videos by the next business day. This is a firm expectation, not a guideline
- Attend weekly work in progress meetings with the in-house media team
- Follow PRD's file naming and delivery standards and deliver all working files upon project completion

What We're Looking For

- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Lightroom. All three are essential for this role
- Experience editing real estate photography and video specifically - this is important
- Confidence applying brand graphics and design assets to photography (logos, overlays, required graphics)
- Creative sensibility for social media content. You understand what performs on Instagram and Facebook, not just what looks technically correct
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection. Large file transfers are a daily reality at this volume
- Ability to handle 10–20 listings per week without compromising on quality
- Strong time management and the ability to hit next-day delivery consistently without being chased
- Good written English communication skills
- Familiarity with ---------- portal requirements is a plus, but not mandatory
