We are looking for a full-time Real Estate Operations Coordinator to support a US-based real estate investment company. This role is responsible for maintaining Salesforce pipelines, tracking renovation projects, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring operational visibility for leadership.
This is not a task-based assistant role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of workflows, proactively identify what needs attention, and help keep projects and deals moving forward.
Requirements:
• MUST have 1–2+ years of experience supporting a US-based real estate, property management, construction, or renovation business
• MUST have strong hands-on Salesforce CRM experience
• MUST be comfortable managing lead stage progression, pipeline updates, dashboards, and reporting
• MUST have experience communicating with contractors, vendors, or field teams
• MUST be confident making and receiving phone calls
• MUST have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• MUST be highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• MUST be willing to work full-time with no other jobs or commitments
• MUST have a reliable computer, headset, and internet connection
Qualifications and Skill Sets:
• Strong Salesforce CRM proficiency
• Experience maintaining operational dashboards and reports
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
• Strong follow-up and accountability skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Ability to identify bottlenecks and escalate issues appropriately
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
• Own and maintain Salesforce pipeline accuracy
• Manage lead stage progression and ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks
• Track key operational metrics and maintain dashboards for leadership
• Monitor multiple renovation projects and construction timelines
• Communicate regularly with contractors and vendors to obtain updates and verify progress
• Follow up on outstanding items and hold vendors accountable to agreed timelines
• Support administrative communication with buyers, renters, and external partners as needed
• Generate reports and provide operational visibility to leadership
