JOB OVERVIEW

US-based real estate photography company is looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant to support us with day-to-day operational tasks, including putting photos in walkthrough order, adding property lines, creating virtual twilights, adjusting photo edits in Photoshop/Lightroom, and ensuring all projects are delivered on time.

We are looking for someone who is smart, organized, reliable, efficient, friendly, motivated, and excited to grow with us! If you’re a hardworking person who takes feedback well and pays close attention to details, we’d love to meet you. If you have experience editing real estate photos, this would be a big pro.

This is a long-term role for someone who’s ready to take on more responsibility over time and become a key part of our journey.

WORK HOURS
Full-time, 2pm to 10pm Pacific Time (5am - 1pm Manila time) is our preferred schedule, but this can be a little bit flexible

STARTING SALARY: $4-5/hour

We create beautiful photo and video content for realtors, and we’re known for our fast turnaround, friendly service, and high-quality work. Our team is growing quickly and looking for our next project coordinator to help us maintain our quality and turnaround standards.

Job Summary

Manage, review for quality, upload, and retouch photos on a daily basis. Ensure projects are delivered on time, and follow up with editors as needed. Maintain communication with admin team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management
Quality Control for Deliverables (Photos, Videos, 3D Tours)
Make edits to photos in Photoshop/Lightroom as needed
Communicate with Admin team on deliveries

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to take on several tasks at once.
Extreme attention to detail.
Excellent written English.
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Slack.
Fast learner and willing to learn
Tech-savvy - comfortable with quickly learning new software
Excellent internet connection (this job is a fully remote position and you will be uploading large files)
Very close attention to detail
Real estate editing experience is a big pro
Graphic design experience is a pro
Basic video editing skills is a pro
