Virtual Assistant for Quality Assurance & Media Management

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about ensuring high-quality real estate media? Do you have experience with Photoshop, Lightroom, and media management tools? If so, you could be a perfect fit for our team!

About Us

We’re a thriving real estate photography business dedicated to providing high-quality media to help real estate agents effectively market their listings. We believe in working with passion, having fun, and supporting one another to achieve success. We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to oversee quality assurance and media management, ensuring that our media meets top-tier standards before being delivered to clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

Morning Quality Control & Delivery (8 AM - 12 PM Pacific Time):
- Check the finished media each morning and review it for quality using Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Ensure media meets our quality standards and aligns with our editing style.
- Handle real estate media editing tasks, including:
Small and large object removals
Image straightening
Sky replacements
Grass greening
Virtual staging
Virtual twilight editing
Manual HDR bracket blending
TV screen replacements
Adding fire to fireplaces

Upload finalized media to Spiro (our media management software), categorize it properly, and deliver it to clients. (Spiro is similar to HDPhotoHub and Aryeo, so experience with those platforms is a plus.)

Handle Client Edit Requests: After delivering media, manage any client requests for revisions. This may involve additional quality control, coordinating with editors, making necessary adjustments in Photoshop or Lightroom, and resubmitting the corrected media to the client.

Communicate with Editors: Provide feedback to editors if revisions are needed to maintain quality.

What We’re Looking For

Experience with Photoshop & Lightroom: Strong knowledge of real estate media editing and quality control.
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot inconsistencies and ensure all media meets our standards.
Strong Organizational Skills: Comfortable managing multiple files, folders, and media uploads efficiently.
Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable managing conversations within our internal team in Slack, our clients, and our editing team.
Reliable & Self-Motivated: You can work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
Ability to Work Pacific Time Hours (and on weekends): Must be available 7 days a week from 8 AM - 12 PM PT (for quality control, delivery, and edit requests).
Experience with Media Management Platforms: Familiarity with Spiro, HDPhotoHub, or Aryeo is a plus.
