REAL ESTATE COLD CALLER WANTED

Back40 Properties is looking for an experienced Real Estate Cold Calling VA to help identify motivated property owners.

Responsibilities:

Cold call property owners using PropStream
Follow a simple script
Build rapport with sellers
Determine motivation and timeline
Gather property information
Leave detailed notes after every call
Update lead statuses in PropStream

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills
Previous real estate cold calling experience preferred
Reliable internet and headset
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Hours:
10-15 hours per week to start

Pay:
$4/hour with potential increases based on performance
