Real Estate Cold Calling VA (Part-Time)

We are a Massachusetts real estate investment company looking for a part-time cold calling virtual assistant.

Responsibilities:
- Call property owners from provided lead lists
- Follow simple script
- Identify motivated sellers
- Update lead tracker/CRM
- Send hot leads to acquisitions manager

Hours:
5–10 hours per week to start

Pay:
$5–$7/hour
Performance bonuses available for qualified leads and closed deals.

Requirements:
- Strong English speaking skills
- Comfortable on phone
- Real estate experience preferred but not required
- Reliable internet

Bonus:
Experience with real estate wholesaling or cold calling.
