JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Cold Caller Virtual Assistant to join our team and support business growth of the company.

This is a part-time, remote role, requiring 2 hours of work each day, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM Mountain Time.


Job Responsibilities

1. Cold Calling:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients or leads to introduce services and generate interest in real estate offerings.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for follow-up or sales teams.
- Follow scripts and talk tracks provided by the client, ensuring consistent and professional communication.

2. Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Maintain and update lead databases with information gathered during calls.
- Identify key decision-makers and gather relevant details for follow-up.
- Report daily progress and track conversion rates.

3. Scheduling Appointments:
- Set appointments for consultations or meetings between leads and the client.
- Ensure all scheduled meetings are accurately logged in the client’s calendar.

4. Follow-Up Calls:
- Perform follow-up calls as needed to nurture leads and maintain engagement.
- Provide any necessary information to ensure leads are ready for the next stage in the sales funnel.

5. CRM Management:
- Update client relationship management (CRM) software with lead status, contact details, and other relevant information.
- Ensure CRM data is clean and accurate for future follow-up.

6. Reporting and Communication:
- Report daily progress, challenges, and successes to the client.
- Maintain clear communication and work collaboratively with the client and other virtual assistants.

Qualifications:
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with potential clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
- Availability to work during the specified hours (Mountain Time).
