JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be calling homeowners from our lead lists and identifying potential sellers. You will be the first point of contact and help set appointments for our acquisitions team.

Responsibilities
• Call homeowners from provided lead lists
• Ask qualifying questions and determine motivation to sell
• Build rapport and maintain a professional attitude
• Record call notes and update CRM
• Schedule appointments when appropriate
• Follow provided scripts and procedures

Requirements
• Fluent English with clear speaking skills
• Previous real estate cold calling experience preferred
• Experience with U.S. homeowners is a plus
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Ability to work independently and stay organized

Compensation
• Starting pay: $2-$5 per hour (depending on experience)
• Performance bonuses available
• Long-term opportunity for the right candidate

Schedule
• Part-time or Full-time available
• Must be able to work during U.S. business hours
