# Real Estate Cold Caller & Appointment Setter (Full-Time)

### Position Overview
Urban Realty Brokerage is seeking a highly motivated, professional, and results-driven Cold Caller & Appointment Setter to join our growing team full-time.
This is not a basic call center position. We are looking for a skilled communicator who can confidently engage homeowners, real estate agents, investors, and prospective clients while generating qualified appointments for our brokerage.
The ideal candidate is energetic, persistent, professional, and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily. Success in this role is measured by conversations, relationships built, appointments set, and opportunities generated.
## Primary Responsibilities
### Listing Acquisition
* Contact homeowners to identify potential listing opportunities.
* Build rapport with property owners and qualify seller motivation.
* Schedule appointments for listing consultations.
* Follow up consistently with leads until appointments are secured.
### Off-Market Property Acquisition
* Call homeowners regarding potential off-market property sales.
* Identify motivated sellers of residential properties and land.
* Gather property information and seller motivation.
* Schedule acquisition appointments for brokerage representatives.
### Real Estate Agent Recruiting
* Contact licensed real estate agents to introduce Urban Realty Brokerage.
* Present brokerage opportunities and benefits.
* Schedule recruiting appointments with interested agents.
* Maintain follow-up communication with recruiting prospects.
### Disposition & Investor Outreach
* Contact investors and buyers regarding available listings and opportunities.
* Build and maintain a buyer database.
* Assist with marketing available inventory to qualified buyers.
* Generate interest and schedule follow-up conversations when appropriate.
### CRM & Administrative Duties
* Update CRM records after every conversation.
* Track lead status, follow-up schedules, and appointment outcomes.
* Maintain detailed notes and accurate records.
* Provide daily activity and performance reports.
## Qualifications
* Previous cold calling experience required.
* Appointment-setting experience preferred.
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Strong confidence on the phone.
* Ability to overcome objections professionally.
* Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.
* Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
* Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
* Real estate experience is preferred but not required.
