Real Estate Cold Caller

EXCELLENT English is a MUST, if you are not fluent, speaking English please do not apply!

The majority of the time you will be on the phone cold calling sellers, however this may not be the only thing you will be assigned to do, the details of which is spelled out in this job position.

Previous successful cold calling experience is a MUST!

Have experience in Mojo dialer, call tools, and Call Rail is a MUST!

Also experience with Podio is a plus.

Along with scrapping leads from Zillow, Craigslist, and other directory sites.

Having a daily/weekly Skype or Zoom call with me to go over your work

Requirements also include:

1. Own a personal computer or laptop with reliable internet access (the faster the better)

2. Be able to work from a QUIET place without interruptions or excessive background noise of any kind.

3. Be able to work the night shift (9:30pm-6am) Philippines time. Which is, Monday-Friday US, time (20-40 hours per ---------- an hour, 4-5 weeks per month) - time off and paid holidays can be discussed further during the interview process.

4. Own personal smart phone.

5. Willing to learn quickly and take self-initiative to work on your own without close supervision.

6. Willing to install work monitoring software to ensure the quality of work and proper performance.

Bonuses are paid after closing on a deal may vary from $25-$150 USD depending on the type of profit from the deal.
