Cold Calling Expert needed for real estate
• Scope of work: Cold call and text Real Estate investing leads to find sellers of various residential properties. The properties are mostly preforeclosures which means owners will lose their homes, so you need to be caring and a great listener. Caller will use (My) CallTools account to make all calls. In addition you will use (my) SMS service. I will also provide you with a personal phone number you can use for when leads become warm and you need to follow up on a more personal level.
• Project length: I am looking for someone for an ongoing basis as long as you do a great job.

HOURS:
Monday – Friday
10am - 5pm EST
(Possible Part-time hours available within 10am-5pm EST)
• Budget: $5 - $7/hr ***(Based on skills and sounding American)***
• Bonus on closing deals: $500 per deal
• Job starts when I find the right candidate
• Deals are in the US

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Use (my) CallTools / texting system and work through daily call lists.
• Make manual calls and send manual texts.
• Identify and find the owners and or heirs of each property.
• Gauge each prospect’s interest level.
• Add call notes and precise follow up dates to an excel spreadsheet.
• You must be good with excel.
• You must be extremely organized and have relentless follow-up skills.
• Provide end of day recap.

REQUIREMENTS:
• FLUENT AND CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH ***(NO ACCENT)***
• You must be a hard worker! Do NOT apply if you are lazy. If you are lazy this job will not last long for you.
• Previous Real Estate cold calling experience or ability preferred, but NOT mandatory.
• Working knowledge of using CallTools, texting systems and Excel.
• Positive attitude, engaging personality and organized.
• The extreme desire to learn and improve each day.
• Ability to handle a ton of rejections every day and still be enthusiastic each day.
