JOB OVERVIEW

Experience real estate cold caller to take a lead all the way to the closing table.
Responsible for: Identifying and cultivating relationships with wholesalers and distributors.
Negotiating favorable terms and agreements to acquire products at competitive prices.
Developing and implementing strategies to expand our wholesale network.
Analyzing market trends and identifying new product opportunities.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless acquisition and distribution processes.

Requirements:
Proven experience in wholesale acquisition or related field.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail
