Pay: $75/week base + $150 for every deal that closes

We have buyers ready to close 10-40 properties a month. Deals usually close in 10-21 days. You just find the properties — we handle all the closing.

The Job (just one main task!)


Contact real estate agents from a list we give you — call them first, then follow up with a text.
Introduce yourself as an assistant for Josh Burks, an agent at Lokation Real Estate with buyers ready to purchase.
Ask if they have any properties that would be good for Investors.
Reply to agents when they text back — keep the conversation going and build a friendly relationship.
Upload any properties you find to our website.
