We are a busy real estate marketing company producing cutting-edge AI-powered property videos for real estate agents and brokerages. We are looking for an experienced AI Video Editor who understands both real estate marketing and the latest AI video generation tools.

What You'll Be Doing

You will be responsible for creating high-quality AI-enhanced real estate videos from property photos, video clips, floor plans, and creative direction provided by our team.

Projects may include:

* AI-generated real estate property tours
* Cinematic property showcases
* Virtual staging and lifestyle scenes
* AI furniture reveals
* Property transformations and enhancements
* Social media video content
* Luxury real estate marketing videos
* Custom AI storytelling sequences

Required Experience

Applicants must have experience creating AI-generated videos using platforms such as:

* Kling
* Higgsfield
* Banana Nano
* Veo
* Midjourney
* Other AI video and image generation tools

What We're Looking For

**Required:**

* Experience creating AI-generated videos
* Strong understanding of prompting and scene generation
* Ability to create realistic motion and transitions
* Strong editing skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to follow creative direction
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

**Strong Preference Given To Applicants With:**

* Real estate marketing experience
* Real estate photography experience
* Experience creating AI-powered property tours
* Experience working with luxury real estate content
* Experience creating social media real estate videos
