ReactJS Developer – Full-Time

We’re a fast-moving start-up developing a modern FSM (Field Service Management) platform for service-based industries like HVAC, plumbing, garage doors, and electrical work. With a modular, freemium-first model, our mission is to empower service pros with smarter, more flexible tools. We’re now hiring a skilled ReactJS Developer to take full ownership of our web app and help us deliver an exceptional user experience.

What You’ll Do
As our ReactJS Developer, you’ll be in charge of building and maintaining the web front-end application. You'll transform UI/UX designs into high-performance, scalable, and responsive components. You'll report directly to the CEO, and work closely with the backend developers, Product Manager, and UI/UX Designer to bring the platform to life.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the development of our web app using ReactJS
- Build responsive, modular UI components based on Figma designs
- Integrate with our Laravel-based RESTful APIs
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Designer to translate product goals into polished interfaces
- Work with backend developers to ensure smooth data integration and feature development
- Optimize performance and scalability across browsers and screen sizes
- Contribute to planning, testing, debugging, and release processes
- Maintain clean, well-documented, and maintainable code

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience with ReactJS, including Hooks, Context API, and component-based architecture
- Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+) and ideally TypeScript
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern responsive design
- Experience working with REST APIs and state management libraries (Redux or equivalent)
- Ability to transform Figma designs into pixel-perfect, functional UI
- Good communication skills and ability to work in English
- Proactive, logical thinker who can manage their workload with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working remotely in a startup environment

Nice to Have
- Experience working with Tailwind CSS, Vite, or similar tooling
- Familiarity with Laravel or understanding of MVC architecture
- Prior experience building SaaS platforms or admin dashboards
- Testing knowledge (Jest, React Testing Library)

Contract Details
- Full-time role: 8 hours/day, Monday–Friday
- Fully remote – work from anywhere
- Reports directly to the CEO
- A technical test will be required prior to hiring
