React Native Developer

We need react native expertise.

We are modifying and building upon an existing react native codebase in order to build out new UIs and functionality.

We need a react native professional who is willing to work with our lead programmer.

Applicant must
1. be a proficient English speaker, as they'll be working directly with a native English speaker daily
2. have 5+ years of professional React Native experience (including best practices such as writing unit tests for all code)
3. be willing to work during MST work hours (12pm - 4am) (not full time)

It is expected that candidate would pair-program via screen-sharing for at least an hour each day with our USA-based, English-speaking, lead programmer starting at around midnight. This is done for three reasons:
1. to constantly guarantee requirements are communicated effectively, and course corrections happen as quickly as possible
2. verify daily progress
3. to guarantee our lead programmer in the USA is able to understand every line of code written (daily code review)
