Job Overview
We are seeking a confident and articulate Rapport Call Agent to engage with potential clients through pre-scheduled 10–15 minute calls. Your primary role is to build rapport, assess their readiness, and qualify them for subsequent sales consultations. All leads are pre-warmed via our social media channels; your task is to deepen the connection and determine fit.
Work Schedule
Time Zone: Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)
Availability:
Monday to Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM EDT
Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM EDT
Commitment: Approximately 10 calls per week, with potential for growth
Compensation
Per Qualified Lead: $30 (paid when the lead converts to a sale)
Monthly Bonus: $50 for every 10 leads that convert within the month
Responsibilities
Conduct 10–15 minute rapport-building calls with prospects
Utilize our Go High Level (GHL) CRM to document call outcomes
Identify the prospect's current challenges and desired outcomes
Determine the prospect's readiness and qualify them for a sales call
Maintain professionalism and empathy throughout interactions
Qualifications
Exceptional English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with GHL is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
LGBTQ+ friendly and culturally sensitive
