**Documentation Specialist (Adobe PDF Document Assembly)**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Documentation Specialist to review professional evaluation reports and assemble summary documents using Adobe Acrobat. This position primarily involves reviewing completed reports, extracting required information, and accurately transferring that information into a standardized template through document review, copying, pasting, formatting, and quality assurance procedures.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative, documentation, records management, or educational support experience who enjoys working with detailed written information and maintaining accuracy.
**Primary Responsibilities**
• Review completed evaluation reports and supporting documentation
• Extract required information from multiple reports
• Use Adobe Acrobat to combine information from several documents into one standardized summary template
• Copy, paste, organize, and format information accurately within PDF documents
• Verify names, dates, scores, recommendations, and identifying information for accuracy
• Ensure consistency across multiple reports and documents
• Proofread completed summaries for grammar, formatting, and completeness
• Organize and maintain digital files
• Follow detailed written procedures and workflow guidelines
• Complete quality assurance reviews before documents are finalized
**Required Qualifications**
• Excellent English reading comprehension and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
• Experience reviewing reports, records, or professional documentation
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat (PDF editing), Microsoft Word, Outlook, and cloud-based file storage systems
• Comfortable working with large amounts of written documentation

The Documentation Specialist does **not** conduct assessments, write evaluations, interpret results, make diagnoses, determine eligibility, or develop recommendations.
The role is focused on reviewing completed professional reports and accurately assembling information into a standardized summary document using Adobe Acrobat. Success in this position depends on attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and the ability to follow established documentation procedures.
