Quiz Content Creator for Instagram (Remote| PH-based VA)

We’re looking for a full-time Quiz Content Creator to join our team and help us create high-performing, character-based quiz content for social media.

You’ll be working on our Instagram accounts under Flamingo Cards. This role is ideal for someone who understands internet culture, has strong taste, and can turn trending character themes into relatable, Gen Z-coded personality quiz posts.

You do NOT need to be an illustrator. But you must have a background in design and understand layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

What you’ll be doing:
*Creating character-based quiz posts (example: “What kinda girl am I?” style content)
*Selecting 6-9 characters per post
*Ensuring traits are relatable, short, punchy, and skimmable
*Using ChatGPT as a tool — then manually refining and selecting the best outputs
*Identifying which themes resonate most (bf, friends, girl content, besties, etc.)
*Refining future posts based on performance data

What we’re looking for:
*Strong Gen Z writing instincts (natural, not AI-sounding)
*Background in design (Canva, Figma, or similar tools required)
*Good visual taste and layout awareness
*Strong judgment in selecting traits (no cringe, no repetition)
*Ability to spot viral patterns and apply them intentionally
*Detail-oriented and consistent
*Full-time availability
*Reliable internet connection

Nice to have:
*Experience creating quiz-style or fandom-based content
*Familiarity with Pinterest trend sourcing
*Experience analyzing performance metrics
