Quantitative Developer / trading programmer

We are seeking an experienced Trading Programmer with a strong focus on Thinkorswim to design, develop analgorith for us. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of financial markets and substantial experience with Thinkorswim, particularly in developing custom scripts, indicators, and automated trading strategies using thinkScript. Must be able to code logic for generating buy/sell signals based on my criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and implement custom indicators, scripts, and automated trading strategies using thinkScript on the Thinkorswim platform.

Conditional Orders: code automated execution of trades directly from thinkScript, using conditional orders that execute based on the criteria you specified.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and updates for trading systems on Thinkorswim, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
Perform extensive backtesting and optimization of trading strategies to ensure robust performance.
Stay informed about the latest updates, features, and tools within Thinkorswim to continuously enhance trading capabilities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience with thinkScript and the Thinkorswim platform is required.
Strong programming skills in other relevant languages like Python, C++, or Java.
Solid understanding of financial markets, technical analysis, and trading strategies.
Proven experience in developing and optimizing trading algorithms for Thinkorswim.
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Experience:

Familiarity with other trading platforms like MetaTrader (MQL4/5) or NinjaTrader (NinjaScript).
Experience with API integration, data feeds, and advanced trading tools.
Background in algorithmic trading or automated systems development.
